• Defend contractual arbitration claims to a take nothing award in a seven-day arbitration proceedings when identical claims were subjected of a Claimant’s award in a previous and nearly identical hearing involving a different law firm.
• Successfully obtained several hundreds of thousands of dollars in collection matters of clients in the construction industry and telecommunication industry.
• Successfully and effectively developed and implemented defense strategy for over 100 toxic-tort personal injury and products liability in state and federal courts nationwide including large benzene exposure case dockets resulting in dismissal or cost-effective settlement of claims
